New Delhi, Sep 30 (IANS) The Focal Department of Examination (CBI) on Thursday captured a Magistrate (Requests), Focal GST and Extract, Guwahati and a mediator in a supposed pay off instance of Rs 3.83 lakh.

A senior CBI official said that a body of evidence was enlisted against Raju Shaktivel (IRS) Magistrate (Requests), Focal GST and CE, Guwahati and three go betweens on the claims of looking for pay off.

The complainant said that he executed development business related to N.F. Railroad and raised bills.

The extra magistrate, CGST, Dibrugarh, raised an interest of administration charge adding up to Rs 48,43,034.
