George Alan Kelly, an Arizona cows farmer, was accused of first-degree murder for supposedly killing a Mexican man with a background marked by crossing the boundary wrongfully. Kelly’s bail was set at $1 million by the appointed authority.
The Arizona farmer was blamed for killing 48-year-old Gabriel Cuen-Butimea on January 30 on his property right external Nogales, Arizona. Police have not given any significant data about the homicide, including a potential rationale behind it.
Boss Representative Gerardo Castillo told Nogales Global At his trial, George Alan Kelly requested that the adjudicator decrease his extreme bail so he could return to his significant other, who is allegedly unequipped for dealing with their farm all alone. He spoke to the adjudicator and said:

The Kino Springs shooting has left George Alan Kelly’s neighbors shaken
48-year-old Gabriel Cuen-Butimea, accepted to have crossed the US-Mexico line unlawfully, was shot dead by the neighborhood farm proprietor. His demise sent shockwaves through the little bordertown of Kino Springs, which is generally known to be protected and calm.
Following the homicide committed by George Alan Kelly, occupants have approached to say that they have not even once felt dangerous in the unassuming community previously. Maria Castillo, who has been an occupant of Kino Springs for 10 years, told KOLD News 13 that individuals frequently crossed the boundary and strolled around the town without representing any danger to the inhabitants. She said:
She apparently wouldn’t remark on Gabriel Cuen-Butimea’s migration status, saying that it was at this point to be affirmed by the specialists.
As per government court records, Gabriel Cuen-Butimea has a history of crossing the boundary wrongfully and was ousted back to Mexico on various occasions, generally as of late in 2016.
His body was found around 100 to 150 yards from Kelly’s home, and a Mexican elector enlistment card was found on the body, which affirmed his personality.
