Who is Levi William Axtell? The suspect is a 27-year-old dad, Levi William Axtell was arrested on Friday and accused of a second-degree murder allegation for purportedly killing 77-year-old Lawrence V. Scully, who was sentenced for attacking a 6-year-old young lady in 1979., revealed Fox News.
Axtell questioned Scully and accepted he was following his baby little girl at her childcare, the reasonable justification oath allegedly referenced.
“(Axtell) said he had noticed (Scully) left in the vehicle where kids were available and accepted he would re-irritate,” the filings expressed.

The Cook Province Sheriff’s Office got an emergency approach Walk 8 in no time before 5 pm from an occupant who watched somebody maneuvering into Scully’s Fabulous Marais carport, who then “crush a vehicle” and “run into the house.”
The guest then, at that point, professed to hear shouting coming from the house. While on stand by, a moment later, he told that the man was heading to the police headquarters, which is around three traffic lights away.

Axtell needs to stay in prison until the following trial, planned for April 10.
