Who is Levi William Axtell? The suspect is a 27-year-old dad, Levi William Axtell was arrested on Friday and accused of a second-degree murder allegation for purportedly killing 77-year-old Lawrence V. Scully, who was sentenced for attacking a 6-year-old young lady in 1979., revealed Fox News.

Axtell questioned Scully and accepted he was following his baby little girl at her childcare, the reasonable justification oath allegedly referenced.

Axtell needs to stay in prison until the following trial, planned for April 10.
