Travis Ruler is supposedly an individual from the US Armed force and holds the position of private second class.
The Unified Countries Order provided details regarding Tuesday that Travis Lord, an American resident, was confined in North Korea in the wake of wandering across the boundary into the socialist country while on a visit.
The UN Order in an explanation said: “A US Public on a JSA (Joint Security Region) direction visit crossed, without approval, the Tactical Boundary Line into the Vote based Individuals’ Republic of Korea (DPRK).”

As per the South Korean armed force and the Dong-an Ilbo paper in South Korea, Travis Lord is an individual from the US Armed force and holds the position of private second class.
